Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. You will be notified during checkout if we cannot deliver to your location.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Cool Sunglasses! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Sunglasses must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
- All original packaging, documentation, and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Ear socks and nose pads that have been removed from original packaging
- Any accessory that has had direct contact with skin
Return Process
