Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Sunglasses must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on ear socks, nose pads, or any other direct skin-contact accessories that have been removed from their original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of receiving your items. Use the template provided below.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with authorization and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the sunglasses in their original packaging including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship to Us: Send the package to our address (provided in your return authorization email) using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as returns. Please indicate in your email whether you prefer:

  • Exchange for a different size/color of the same style
  • Exchange for a completely different product
  • Store credit for future purchases

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
