Where do you ship from, and how long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from our Chicago headquarters. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, plus your chosen shipping time:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days after leaving our warehouse (via DHL/FedEx).
- Free Shipping (on orders over $50): 15-25 business days after processing (via EMS).
Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally to fashion-forward individuals everywhere! However, due to logistical constraints, we currently cannot deliver to certain remote areas and some Asian regions. Our checkout system will automatically confirm availability for your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to follow your package’s journey from our Chicago facility to your doorstep.

What is your return policy?
